About Oasis Wellness Services

We are a team of specialist registered nurses and allied health professionals providing continence care, clinical nursing, mental health and disability support services for people of all ages and abilities. Our services are available in-home and via telehealth which ensures access and personalised care wherever you are.
As an experienced and trusted provider, we deliver tailored supports under the NDIS, Aged Care programs, and DVA, as well as to private clients. Our care is outcomes-focused, flexible, and culturally safe to ensure every participant lives a safer, more independent and connected life.

Oasis Wellness Services offers specialist nursing and clinical supports for NDIS participants, aged care clients, DVA members, and private patients.

Services at a glance
Continence services
Specialist continence assessments and personalised care plans for bladder and bowel concerns. In home or via telehealth. Services include assessment, product recommendations, ongoing review and continence aid prescriptions.
Paediatric continence
Home based or telehealth assessments for bedwetting, constipation and bladder or bowel dysfunction. Includes bladder and bowel diary guidance, school healthcare plans and family centered strategies.
Catheter care
In home catheter changes for indwelling and suprapubic catheters. Intermittent catheterisation training management and ongoing clinical review.
Complex wound and stoma care
Assessment, wound management and stoma fitting support. VAC dressing expertise and skin integrity plans.
Enteral feeding and dysphagia
Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG), Jejunostomy (JJ) and Nasogastric (NGT) support nutrition management and safe eating plans
NDIS nursing and high intensity supports
Home care nursing day and 24/7 options for complex needs including invasive ventilator care, tracheostomy support, feeding, medication management, PICC and porta cath care, diabetes and chronic disease management.
Mental health and behaviour supports
Clinical nursing for mental health needs, metabolic and medication monitoring, clozapine management, tailored behaviour therapy and assessments.
Education and training
Practical on site training for carers and staff on; catheter care, stoma care, wound care, complex clinical procedures and continence practice. Competency assessments available.
Fees and funding
Who we work with
We support NDIS participants who are self managed or plan managed, aged care clients, DVA members and private clients. Plan managers and support coordinators are welcome to contact us for quotes or to discuss funding needs.
Assessment fees
A standard continence assessment includes 2 hours face to face plus 6 hours reporting = 8 hours. Weekday daytime rate is $169.16 per hour. Total for a standard assessment = $1,353.28. Rates are effective July 2025.
After hours and weekends
Weekday evening $186.63 per hour
Weekday night $190.12 per hour
Saturday $241.52 per hour
Sunday $277.69 per hour
Public holiday $313.86 per hour
Travel
On occasions we charge. This is discussed prior to the consultation. Typically, travel less than 20 minutes each way is not charged.
Reports and quotations
We provide clear clinical reports and product quotations to support funding requests, care plans and ongoing service delivery. Reports include recommended products, costed quotes and documentation suited to NDIS planners, LACs and plan managers.
Private clients
Private rates apply for self-funded services. Fees are published on our website or available on request.
Other important information
All prices are exclusive of GST. We follow the NDIS Price Guide where applicable. Fees are current to July 2025 and may change. Changes do not apply to services already provided unless agreed in writing.
How it works
Step 1: Initial contact
Call or email to discuss needs. Plan managers, support coordinators, health professionals and self-managed participants, may refer online.
Step 2: Initial assessment
A specialist continence nurse completes a comprehensive assessment in the home or by telehealth (video, or phone call). This includes health history, bladder and bowel habits, mobility, medications and lifestyle factors.
Step 3: Care planning and reporting
Following assessment, a personalised care plan is developed. A detailed report and product recommendations are prepared to support participants, families and care teams.
Step 4: Ongoing care
We provide training, review appointments, supply coordination and regular clinical monitoring as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Continence supports are usually funded under Capacity Building Improved Daily Living ”15_418_0114_1_3 Delivery of Health Supports by a Nurse Consultant". This can cover assessments, therapy and reviews when included in an NDIS plan.
Funding covers a full continence assessment, a personalised care plan and recommended interventions. This may include therapy sessions training and specialised products.
Yes. Products recommended in your care plan can be quoted and included in funding requests.
Self managed and plan managed participants can use funding. Plan managers, support coordinators and NDIS planners, may contact us for quotes or reports.

The nurse records your history, reviews toilet patterns, medications, mobility and skin health. You may be asked to complete a bowel and bladder diary and a urine test if needed.
